About ME

Hello, I'm Lucia Hervia Morales, a Class of 2023 basketball player standing at 5'11". I'm a freshman at Texas A&M Commerce University, where I proudly wear the uniform as a guard.

However, I am very versatile, as I've had experience playing in all positions on the court.

Offensively, my game is all about relentless drives to the hoop, combined with a strong mid-range and three-point shooting ability. I'm equally committed to securing rebounds and setting up my teammates with well-timed assists.

Defensively, I bring intensity and persistence, making me an adept ball-stealer. My commitment to both ends of the court is unwavering.

As a player, I see myself as someone who thrives in adversity and never backs down from a challenge. I'm constantly striving to improve, both on an individual level and by contributing to the overall success of the team.

In terms of experience, my basketball journey began at the age of 6 when I started playing at my school. I then continued my development at my local club until my recent move to the United States. Over the years, I've had the privilege of representing my autonomous community annually in the prestigious Spanish championship—the highest level of competition in Spain. Furthermore, I've had the unique opportunity to compete at the professional level with my club in the highest women's basketball league in Spain.

I eagerly anticipate new challenges and opportunities for personal growth as a player. I'm excited to continue contributing to the success of my team and look forward to the next chapter in my basketball journey
